Next Ferndown Conservatives event is a quiz on 21st January.  Contact me for more details.

We will be holding a Sherry Morning next Saturday, 10th December at John and Lesley Wilson's house in Lone Pine Drive.  Contact Cllr John Wilson or myself if you'd like to attend.  it will take place from 10.30am - 12 midday.

40 people sat down to quiz and for a fish supper from Harlees in Ferndown, at the Heatherlands Centre last night.  A close run thing saw the Kings and Queens drive ahead with good use of the joker and a stunning answer to the picture quiz bonus.  But they faded badly at the end, to be overhauled in the final round by the Scrambled Egg Heads who won by three points.  The Dipsticks were a very strong third-placed team, one point behind the Royal team.  The Bristol Creamers played with a measured hand and took the wooden spoon.  Thanks to all who came, and to PC Julian Humphries for popping in and keeping order!

Quiz coming up next Saturday, with team entries having to be in by next Wednesday.  Why not enter a team in this fun quiz.  It's a cheap and fun night out.  7-10pm at the Heatherlands Centre, Ferndown Saturday 10th September.  Contact me if interested.

Saturday 10th September at the Heatherlands Centre.  Fancy a fun Quiz Night?  £5 a head includes fish and chips supper.  Teams of four, limited numbers.  Let me know if you want to put in a team.  Will be a great night!

I was pleased that despite the holidays, nine people attended our coffee morning.  Whilst the £50 profit is useful to our very small bank account, the fellowship and passion about Ferndown were most evident.  Lovely to see, and with two past Town Mayors in attendance.  Guests and visitors are welcome to our events.  Thanks to Barbara for hosting this event.

FCA Coffee morning tomorrow from 10.30 at 57 Pinewood Road.  Come and join us.
